The Problem

Some of the issues faced by the users coming to the website were as follows:

  1. Inefficiency: Consumers often found it time-consuming and cumbersome to physically visit multiple stores or websites to find products, compare prices, and make purchases.

  2. Lack of Personalization: Traditional shopping experiences lacked personalization, making it challenging for consumers to discover products that matched their preferences and needs.

  3. Limited Accessibility: Many consumers faced geographical constraints and limitations in accessing a wide range of products or unique items.

  4. Inconsistent Brand Identity: JK Cements' old website lacks coherence in brand identity, with inconsistencies in colors, typography, and visual elements. This inconsistency undermines the brand's image and recognition among users.
